All products are shipped under standard shipment contracts. This means the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our handcrafted surfboards and accessories, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is proven defective upon delivery. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
